This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the user ("Subscriber" or "Licensee") and ShaderCore. By completing a subscription registration on ShaderCore.app, you acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Access to the premium digital assets is executed via immediate automated account upgrade upon successful subscription authorization by our payment processor, Gumroad.
Technical Failure: In the event of an activation anomaly or if your premium access dashboard is not instantly unlocked, the Subscriber is obligated to notify ShaderCore support immediately with a valid Gumroad Subscription ID or receipt.
The streaming content and digital assets provided (high-resolution animations and associated video files) are the exclusive, worldwide intellectual property of ShaderCore.
Ownership: Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable usage license to view and utilize the content, not a transfer of title. The Copyright (©) remains the sole and absolute property of ShaderCore.
Restrictive Covenants: Any unauthorized ripping, redistribution, resale, sub-licensing, or public hosting of these streamable files is strictly prohibited and constitutes a felony under international copyright laws.
AI Protection: Use of ShaderCore assets for Artificial Intelligence (AI) training, machine learning dataset compilation, or neural network synthesis is strictly forbidden without a specific, separate written agreement.
Litigation: ShaderCore reserves the right to pursue maximum statutory damages and permanent injunctions for any infringement, ripping, or unauthorized exploitation of its streaming platform and assets.
Financial processing is secured via Gumroad utilizing 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. ShaderCore does not store, possess, or have access to any sensitive credit card data or banking credentials.
Pursuant to international regulations regarding digital subscription services and instant access streaming, all subscription charges are final and non-refundable.
Execution of Contract: By activating your subscription and accessing the premium library, the Subscriber provides express consent for the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledges the loss of any right of withdrawal or refund.
Chargeback Fraud: Any fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback claims will be contested with full documentation and may result in subscription termination, platform ban, and legal pursuit for recovery of funds and administrative costs.
Scope: ShaderCore collects only essential metadata (IP address, email, username) necessary for user authentication, transaction security, and subscription tracking.
Confidentiality: We maintain a strict no-sharing policy. Your personal data is never sold or disclosed to third parties, except as strictly required by law or for payment verification via Gumroad.
ShaderCore shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from user-side technical failures, including but not limited to hardware incompatibility, local internet bandwidth restrictions, or device-side streaming issues.
